Poetry for Mental Health Membership

With no funding at all, and no sponsorship, we are looking for a way to keep Poetry for Mental Health going, and continuing to support people around the world through poetry. And so we are considering a Poetry for Mental Health membership.

For just £2.50 (British pounds) or $3.50 (USD) a month (not even the price of a cup of coffee!), members will get a new full format monthly magazine, sent via email and downloadable from this website, with lots of exciting features including:

• Our 'Poetry Writing Course' modules exploring subjects including: What is poetry?, the language of poetry; form and structure; figurative language & imagery; using metaphors and similes; metre and rhyme ... and so much more!
• Tips, hints and lots of information on how to improve your writing, finding your voice, and getting published.
• Calls for poetry submissions from other publications worldwide, as well as international events information.
• Interviews with both established and emerging poets.
  
• Mental health and mental health awareness news and information.
  
• Mental health and poetry book and product reviews.
  
• The opportunity to showcase your poetry (single poetry, as well as featured poet) via the e-zine to other members worldwide, as well as on the website, and the Facebook group.

• New members' introduction, and the opportunity to network and connect with other poets worldwide.
